Rotary Overseas Recycled Playgrounds began in 2016 as a project of our club, collecting unwanted playgrounds from councils and schools and sending them to disadvantaged overseas communities. This is environmental sustainability in action.  Starting with a single playground to a girls school in Sri Lanka.  The RORP story continues to grow and has now expanded across Victoria to encompass all Rotary Districts and has seen over 400 playgrounds shipped to date.

RORP has now spread across Australia.
In Victoria, there are 3 teams:
1.  RORP District 9800 managed by Rotary Flemington Kensington. We also cover north/north west District 9815.
2.  District 9815 Central managed by the Rotary Club of Nunawading - rorp.9810@gmail.com  AND
3.  District 9815 South managed by the Rotary Club of Mount Martha - Wayne Jenkins    - wayne.jenkins10@gmail.com

Other cells are operating at Mount Barker in South Australia and in Forbes, NSW.
