The Board has taken the opportunity of being closed due to COVID to have a major overhaul and reorganisation of the Op Shop at 444 Racecourse Road.

We have disposed of over 100kgs of clothes to the Ragman, have sent excess racks to the Fit4Use store at Werribee and diverted household items to WERN.  You won't believe how spacious, clean, neat and open the shop now appears to customers.

There are ongoing opportunities for volunteers to assist Tuesday to Sunday: all day, half a day, a few hours, we would love to see you.
Many of you volunteered in the past when Dulcie was Manager and you are most sincerely thanked for your time and efforts.

We are keen to open this opportunity to young people as well, especially students needing work experience or completing a Duke of Edinburgh Award.
All our volunteers have Working With Children Cards and our Rotarians have undertaken additional security checks to ensure the safety of all.
Under the COVID Safe plan prepared by our own OH&S Consultant Jon Temby, and former nurse Betty Kitchener, strict sanitation and mask protocols are in place.

We are delighted to welcome former Scholarship recipients, Youth Exchange, NYSF, RYLA and MUNA students as volunteers and are able to provide a Certificate of Volunteer work.  We also accept referrals from CentreLink for people needing to complete hours of volunteer work.

Call in at the shop to see Anne, Edith or Betty or email nnheyes@yahoo.net.au
