We were asked to provide a BBQ for the after-school program at the Hub to acknowledge Ramadan.
Ilona the Team Leader for families organised sausages and supplies, there are 4 community barbecues
and so it was a simple task.

Many thanks to Drew and Jeff for their cooking expertise - assisted by Yen and Hadia we served over 350 sausages in just over 1 hour. There was also a veggie option, lots of onions and of course sauces!!
